Refund policy

Clean Choice Supply accepts returns within 30 days on unused, unopened products in their original packaging, excluding custom orders, clearance items, chemicals, adhesives, and any product that shows signs of installation or use. To request a return, customers must contact info@cleanchoicesupply.com for a Return Authorization number before sending items back; unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection, and garage flooring tiles may be subject to a 35% restocking fee on unopened cartons. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for replacement.
