Shipping policy

We process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the carrier, destination, and product type. Large or heavy items—such as garage flooring tiles—may ship via freight and can require extra processing time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Any additional fees from the carrier due to address changes, missed deliveries, or re-delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility. Once an order leaves our facility, Clean Choice Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather, but we will always assist with tracking or resolving issues.

For freight deliveries, you may need a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service depending on the order size. Customers must inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any damage or missing items within 72 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
